This thermometer gives me a fast accurate temperature on my son. Taking a three year olds temperate is not always easy. This makes the job a lot easier. He is not afraid of it because it does not have to touch him. I really like that I don't even have to wake him up to take his temperature. It can be silenced to ensure your child does not wake up.
